
At the top of the report, Select the Excel from the drop-down.Click open the desired report in the account.Sign in the Account of COA (Chart of accounts).You can give it a try if you wish to view and edit your data using a different format. You can export any report or a list of your choice as a CSV file if you don’t have MS Excel installed on your computer. Lastly, open the QuickBooks Import Excel and CSV folder.You need to Unzip to extract the required content.Hover your mouse over Browse, choose the folder’s location to install the toolkit.

This step will open the WinZip Self-Extractor window.Go to your Desktop, then click on Save for the downloaded file.Open the download file in the window for the toolkit.
